Fearless Pursuit

CAbi’s Fearless Fall Fashion Preview and Luncheon was held at Dad Miller Golf Course in Anaheim, California today and I was lucky enough to be invited.

For those folks that have not heard yet of CAbi – CAbi is a new way for women to shop.

It’s putting outfits together with home parties, building female friendships and most of all being fearless!  I have been a CAbi hostess for the last ten years and I enjoy the alternative to the traditional shopping (although I still love a good sale at Nordstrom’s).

Today’s event included 80 Guests, 10 models and 6 Cabi stylists from Southern California.

This year’s fall season is based on the theme, “London Calling” with an assortment of women’s clothing that makes putting yourself together very easy – yet powerful.

There are three trends for Fall Cabi 2017:

  • Tough Love – with denim and lace
  • Animal Instincts – some fur or cheetah prints
  • Everything and More – skirts, jewelry, footwear, etc

I have to say – I was impressed with the line for Fall of 2017.  I circled many items in the look book for trying on later at my September party.  It’s easier to invite neighbors and colleagues over for a party – when the line looks this good.  Special thanks to my stylist Tina Zlaket for being one of the organizers of today’s event. CAbi is not just about the way you look, but how you feel.  It’s not simply the outfits, but the style you own.  It’s not only the compliments, but the conversations you have with your girlfriends at work, at the grocery store and when picking up your children from school.  It’s a sisterhood and a strong connection from the moment you find out what looks good on you – to having a lasting confidence when you walk out the door.
