Is your STRESS out of control

photo

Experts identify six signs that you could be overstressed

1. Weird or recurring dreams
2. Tight muscles
3. Mouth pain
4. Hair troubles, losing hair
5. Stomach discomfort or pain
6. Frequent colds

You need to pay attention because chronic stress put you at increased risk for serious health problems, such as heart attacks, strokes and depression.

Stressors like workload, personal issues, lack of work/life balance and job security can cause a dip in productivity at work.

Personally for me, when I am stressed out I am more distracted and that is not a good thing. Such as losing your car at work and forgetting which parking lot you parked in.

Guess there are some benefits to carpooling… we only have one parking lot and one floor on which to park! Perhaps we need to be doing it more often to reduce stress 🙂
