I sometimes get lost in the details; that is in my fabulous everyday real life job. The photo seen above in not mine, but borrowed from my good friend M.M.D, by the way (thank you). I love the photograph, it is so lovely and feminine.

Tomorrow is Monday – and as we head back to work let’s shut down the anxiety machine and find easy ways to build up our self-confidence and be happy.  Maybe we take a walk at lunch time and breathe in a little bit of nature, and feel the warmth of the sun. Or on the way to work, we notice the scenery and we think about happiness.  I know – for myself – I am thinking day and night of my new puppy, “Duke” – he is only 12 weeks old and he is on my mind all of the time.
