Many of us try each year to keep our New Year’s Resolutions:
Below are a few tips to keeping your most important Resolution
– Plan ahead, not on New year’s eve
– Commit to 21 days
– Baby steps, work up to it…
– Create a reward System
– Penalty Jar (such as a consequence when you don’t stick to your Resolution)
– Don’t get burned out
– Remember why you made the Resolution
My Resolution is to car pool with a co-worker 3 days a week…..I want to be a good role model for my sons, and show them I can actually do it.
